My Passion for Collage

At first, it was all very simple: I cut, glued, and had fun. That's it. Then came the cinema... and I started to complicate my life.

Paper Collage Marlene Dietrich

I thought, "I'll remake a face." In reality, I was putting together completely random pieces—advertisements, words, unlikely clippings—hoping they would become something vaguely human. It didn't always happen.

There were some slightly disturbing eyes, questionable proportions, and results that to call "experimental" is a compliment. But every now and then it worked. Suddenly, between one cutout and another, a face with character would appear. Not perfect, but alive. And above all, believable, in its own way.

The Importance of Creativity

And then I realized something. I wasn't interested in being precise. I was interested in creating something that would "hold the gaze," like in the movies. These first collages are a mix of trial, error, and small intuitions. But they're also the moment when I stopped playing... or at least pretending. And I started getting serious. With paper and scissors.

The Impact of Sustainable Collage

My approach to art isn't just a matter of aesthetics. I use recycled paper from magazines and newspapers. This not only reduces waste, but transforms the ordinary into something unexpected. Creating beauty through collage is a way to be sustainable. Each piece of paper has a story, and I rework it into a unique work.

The Magic of the Creative Process

Every collage is a journey. I start with an idea, but often the final result is different from what I had imagined. That's the beauty of art: surprise. Every time I start working, I feel like an explorer. I discover new shapes, colors, and textures. Every cutout has the power to transform into something extraordinary.

Interaction with the Public

When people see my work, I hope they can sense my passion. I want each collage to tell a story. My art is an invitation to look beyond the obvious. I invite viewers to discover the hidden meaning behind each piece. Beauty lies in the details, and each collage is a work that invites reflection.

Growing as an Artist

Throughout my artistic journey, I've learned a lot. Every mistake has been an opportunity to improve. Every collage is a lesson. I've discovered that art is a continuous process of growth and discovery. I never stop learning and exploring new techniques. This is what makes my work so exciting.

Conclusion: An Invitation to Discover

“If you like, keep following: next week, between paper and scissors, another story will take shape.”

My art is a journey I want to share with you. I hope my works can inspire you and help you see the beauty in everyday life. Each collage is a piece of me, an expression of my creativity and my passion for contemporary art.

In this fast-paced world, taking a moment to observe and appreciate art is essential. I invite you to discover my work and be inspired by the magic of collage.
